Durable
When fiber cement board is used as skin for our panels, they will not rot, support black mold, or absorb moisture. They are not affected by water vapor or high moisture content. They are also vermin resistant. They will not burn and have a fire rating, which means sheet rock is unnecessary. In fact, all of our panels are third-party inspected at our factory. Each panel you receive will have met or exceeded extensive fire testing.
Cellulose reinforced cement board is the most cost efficient finish material. For maximum durability it is used as the inner and outer skin.
All of our panels can withstand high wind loads and the twisting and flexing that slowly deteriorate conventional building materials.
Strong
One NTBS stressed skin panel can support the weight of a pickup truck.
Our stressed skin technology produces panels with unbelievable strength. This makes our panel ideal for foundations and basement walls - even below grade. Floors can span up to 16 feet between supports using our product. Load bearing walls made of our product can extend four stories. Our roof panels can span up to 20 feet and are certified by the International Code Council (ICC).

Efficient
Our panels have no wood parts extending through them from face to face, except at openings, corner, beams and roof edges. Therefore structures built using our panels (with floors, walls and roof) can save up to 75% of heat loss. This thermal efficiency means greatly reduced heating and cooling costs.
Tasteful
Cement board skinned panels can be produced with three finished looks: wood grain, stucco, and smooth. Seams need to be sealed, then the entire surface can be painted. The exterior can also be coated with a vinyl permanent finish. If siding or brick is the desired exterior finish, the panels can be furnished with oriented strand board (OSB), which accepts nails and siding or brick wall ties.
Cellulose reinforced cement board skinned panels can be produced with a drywall finish.

Lightweight
Our unique Spline Connection System allows our four foot panels to be joined together to build walls, floors, and roofs which are lightweight. Due to the strength of the panels, headers are not usually needed over doors and windows. Panels are fastened together with power driven screws through the inner and outer skins, into either cement boards or wood splines. With minimal equipment and two people, the lightweight installation can be quick and easy.
Versatile
Our building system can be adapted for untold uses. We can produce anything designed using conventional or traditional construction.

Our remarkable panels include an inner and outer skin, which can be chosen from a variety of materials to form a finish or act as an underlayment for the final surface. The inner and outer skin, along with a core of super insulating expanded polystyrene (EPS) are joined together with special enhanced strength glue, then dried under extreme pressure to create a stressed skin panel with astonishing attributes.
